Using Plexus in After Effects

Plexus is a 3-D particle system plug-in for After Effects that lets you do some pretty cool things. In this tutorial, Iain Chudleigh shows us how to use Plexus to re-create a scene from the title sequence of one of his favorite movies, Art of Flight.

If you’d like to work along with Iain on the clip he’s used, download the 720p comp. Or, if you’re feeling flush, you can license the HD clip for $5.

See more examples of Plexus in use in the Official Plexus Gallery on Vimeo.
