Ad: “Simple Urban Storage,” Boxbee
Why: Ads don’t always need to be wildly innovative. They can simply be charming. This adorable spokesperson’s cute voice, giant almond-shaped eyes, and sincere pitch got my attention. Maybe you’d call it an explain-cute?
Will I buy what they’re selling?: Probably not. I pride myself on not having a lot of extra crap that needs storing. But if I had to temporarily downsize into a San Francisco studio apartment, I’d think of Boxbee.
